At our school, every child develops a Digital EACH Profile – an innovative and personalised record of their learning journey from the moment they join us until the day they move on to secondary school. This unique platform provides children, teachers and parents with a living, evolving diary of each child’s primary school life.
Each profile includes a one-page summary where children share their hopes and ambitions, likes and dislikes, and the things that make them who they are. Alongside this, the profile contains assessment information that can be carefully tracked, giving both teachers and families a clear picture of progress and development.
Over the years, children select, evaluate and upload samples of their best work, building a collection that celebrates their achievements and shows their growth. Parents have full access to these portfolios, allowing them to share in the excitement of each new milestone. Annual school reports are added digitally, ensuring that everything is stored in one secure, easy-to-access place.
A central feature of the EACH Profile is that children, supported by their teachers, set specific learning targets. Once achieved, they can evidence their progress, helping them to reflect on their efforts and take pride in their success.
